Learn How to remove administrator password Win XP or 7

 Unknown     HOME     No comments

Learn How to remove administrator password. Win 7 password reset. Have you ever wanted to hack your University PC with guest account/student or just tried to hack your roommate's PC to make him wonder when you tell him your accomplished story of hacking? So today I have a best way of hacking or cracking an administrator account from a guest account by which you can change the administrator's password and getting all the functions which an administrator enjoys on a computer.

Trick to Get Admin Password from Guest Account

Concept:
Press shift key 5 times and the sticky key dialog shows up. This works even at the login screen. But if we replace the sethc.exe which is responsible for the sticky key dialog, with cmd.exe, and then call sethc.exe by pressing shift key 5 times at logon screen, we will get a command prompt with administrator privileges because no user has logged on. From there we can hack the administrator password, even from a guest account.

Prerequisites:
Guest account with write access to system32.

Following are the steps to Change Administrator Password from Guest Account:

Go to C: /windows/system32
Copy cmd.exe and paste it on desktop
Rename cmd.exe to sethc.exe
Copy the new sethc.exe to system32, when windows asks for overwriting the file, then click yes. When asked to overwrite, overwrite the sethc.exe
Now logout from your guest account and at the user select window, press Shift key 5 times.
Instead of sticky Key confirmation dialog, command prompt with full administrator privileges will open.
Now type “NET USER ADMINISTRATOR sss” where “sss” can be any password you like and press enter.
You will see “The command completed successfully” and then exit the command prompt and login into administrator with your new password.
Congrats you have hacked admin from guest account.

Also, you can further create a new user at the command prompt by typing “NET USER ABC/ADD” where “ABC” is the username you would like to add with administrator privileges.

Then hide your newly created admin account by - Go to registry editor and navigating to this key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList]

Here create a new DWORD value, write its name as the “user name” that you created for your admin account! Work is done

Getting To Know The Most Common Problems of Windows 7 Users

 Unknown     HOME     No comments

Are you trying to switch to a new laptop, but you are not sure whether the Windows 7 device you are eyeing on will be good for you or not? There are so many Windows 7 device users out there and they have varying views when it comes to the usage of their device. There are some who are satisfied with the OS that they have, while others are feeling the weight of having to constantly get repairs for their device. Now, if you wish to learn about the common problems that come with getting a Windows 7 device, here are three of them
Slow Speed

One of the biggest problems of Windows 7 devices users is the slow speed of their device. However, this not something that can be purely attributed to the nature of the operating system. This is also something that can be blamed over the low RAM of the device or if the device no longer has much storage space left for the person to still be able to enjoy the usage of this device. Some of the best solutions for this is regularly defragmenting your device and performing some intensive disk cleanup. Performance troubleshooting should also help in finding out what the real problem of your device is..

Old Program Incompatibility
Another problem that Windows 7 users commonly experience is old program incompatibility. They desire to use various kinds of software or programs, but are left with no choice but to switch to searching for another similar product just because the one they found is not, in any way, compatible with their device. You may find it annoying, but there can be instances when only the program that you have found supports the lowest versions.

Custom Icons Changed by Themes
Finally, there are also times when custom icons are changed by the Windows 7 themes that you have without asking for your permission. As a result, Windows 7 device users get confused about what the program they wish to launch is, since the icon they were used to be looking at has already changed.
There exists no perfect operating system and Windows 7 is not an exemption. That is why it is very important that you always get your system updated for you to prevent and get rid of any kind of bug that can possibly affect the performance of your device.

At the end
Use the system compatible with your device and does not have too much to shoulder the losses that occur with the device

Windows 7 Professional Laptops You Can Still Get Now

 Unknown     HOME     No comments

Windows 8 was released back in 2012 and since October 2014, Microsoft no longer distributes licenses for Windows 7 Home editions. If you prefer Windows 7 and you are in the market for a new laptop, you will be pleased to know that you can still choose from many Windows 7 Professional laptops.
It’s not yet known when Windows 7 Professional will stop being available as a pre-installation, but with Microsoft retiring the operating system completely and with Windows 10 on the horizon, it probably won’t be much longer.
Here we have created a run-down of some of the best places that you can still buy a Windows 7 laptop from. If you think we have missed any, be sure to head into the comments to share your finds.

Dell
Dell offers a number of laptops available with Windows 7 Professional. The main draw here is their Inspiration 15 and 17 series. Although they do offer their Alien ware laptops, these are generally considered overpriced for what they are; you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere.
The Inspiration systems vary in price, depending on how powerful you want it to be. They all have large screens, starting from 15″ and above, and the majority of them come with a sizeable 1TB hard drive and plentiful 8GB of RAM.
Apart from the Alien ware gaming laptops, they all have integrated graphics cards, which is not ideal if gaming is your jam. However, there is a good variety of Intel processors on offer, meaning you can still get a relatively high-end Windows 7 laptop for a decent price.

HP
HP is still very much supporting Windows 7 laptops. In fact, when you visit HP’s operating system overview, the section for Windows 7 is front and centre. They have a whole range of different laptops available, including Elite Books, ENVY, and Pavilion series.
Whichever you go for depends on a variety of factors, including the appearance of the laptops and the performance they offer. If you are looking for something light, thin, and powerful, then check out the Elite Book laptops, but bear in mind nearly all of these will set you back over $1000.
If you are after a laptop that is more affordable, but still has a bit of pompom, head for the Pavilions. The great thing about HP is that you can customize most of the laptops to upgrade the components. You can add in a dedicated graphics card, for example, or double the size of the hard drive. It is worth playing around with the customization options so you can create the perfect laptop for you.

Toshiba
At time of writing, Toshiba has 41 Windows 7 laptops available. Actually, some of them come with Windows 8 by default, but the great thing is that all of the systems are customizable, meaning you can switch out the operating system for what you prefer.
Although other manufacturers only offer Windows 7 Professional by default, Toshiba actually has a pre-built laptop that comes with Home Premium. The Satellite C50-BST2N02 has an i3 processor, 500GB of storage, and 4GB of RAM, all currently for the great price of $399.99. There is also a webcam and HDMI port, making this a great choice for those after an affordable laptop.
Elsewhere, there are laptops with a variety of screen sizes and designs, some with dedicated graphics cards and SSDs for quicker data access. There is certainly no limit on choice. However, be careful with some of the higher priced systems because they are definitely overpriced for what they are, especially when compared to other manufacturers.

Best Buy
Of course, there is no obligation to go directly to a manufacturer. You may find better deals at a retail store like Best Buy, which offers laptops from companies like Lenovo, Acer, and Panasonic (among others), so be sure to shop around. With over 1000, Windows 7 laptops available at Best buy alone, some actually refurbished or available from third parties, you can certainly strike a deal.
There is so much choice on offer; you will likely want to use the filters down the left-hand side to narrow the results down to what you are after. You can specify the screen size, color, price tag, and more.
Before buying the laptop, be sure to check out the reviews on Best Buy and elsewhere on the web to ensure you are going for a reliable system. In addition, do not forget to hunt around for the best price, too. Best Buy offers a price match guarantee on some of their laptops and you might be able to get the price down even more.

At the end
If you find a great deal on a Windows 8 Professional laptop, note that you have the option to downgrade to Windows 7 Professional on those devices. How-To GO explains how to downgrade to Windows 7.
